- Establish Horizon Dynamics as thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for 2026-vetted pilot programs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (Harvard/MIT/MIT Press preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
