- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Manage global think tank of 15+ futurists, anthropologists, and systems theorists
- Architect patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in climate resilience and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 boards and government innovation councils
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through policy advocacy and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantum Computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or climate adaptation
- Proven track record scaling innovation labs to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Shell's GameChanger or MIT's Delphi method
- Fluency in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 or UN-level policy initiatives
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or scalable solutions for 2030+ challenges
