- Identify partnership opportunities with cutting-edge research institutions and startups
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on adaptive thinking methodologies
- Represent company vision at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
