Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Publish thought leadership pieces in industry publications and conferences
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
