- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios and patent strategies
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading products
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and quantitative forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or AFS) strongly preferred
