- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry conferences, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategy execution
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related technical field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities

- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
