Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for societal and technological disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future visions into concrete product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Published research on AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global technology policy landscapes
