Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis

- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future industry disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and innovation pathways
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and subject matter experts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight tools

- Portfolio demonstrating transformational strategic projects
