Responsibilities
- Develop predictive intelligence models for 2026 market landscapes and technological convergence
- Produce annual horizon scanning reports identifying 3-5 emerging disruptive technologies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 challenges
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive board and investor committees
- Curate an annual 'Future Tech Summit' featuring industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
