Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting trends across biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions, geopolitical shifts, and technological inflection points
- Design AI-powered foresight models predicting second-order consequences of emerging technologies
- Author annual 2026 Strategic Outlook report distributed to C-suite and board members
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops translating future insights into R&D priorities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D

- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
