Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptive technologies
- Produce comprehensive trend analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Design and execute scenario-planning exercises for executive leadership
- Build and manage a network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic insights to board members and department heads
- Integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate technology trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
