- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI, biotech, and automation deployments
- Represent company at global forums on future-focused policy and innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology
