Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and disruptor startups
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development principles
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Represent the company at global forums on future-focused technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
