- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist task force

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
