Your insights will shape our product roadmap, investment strategy, and organizational culture for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future industry landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies for 5-10 year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic transformation projects
