- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing and real-time neural network training.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI architecture and leadership roles.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Future Tech Focus: Proven track record of implementing future-proof architectures and adapting to rapid technological shifts.
