Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation applications

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and 15-person cross-disciplinary team
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on space-based quantum networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubit systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and surface codes
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Track record of securing government/industry research grants
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
