- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research funding annually
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish industry partnerships with IBM, Google Quantum, and D-Wave
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (10+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of securing government research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
