- Develop hybrid cloud-quantum integration frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature Physics or Science on quantum systems
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
