Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction methodologies
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026 applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems or quantum algorithms at top tech firms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in quantum security protocols or quantum machine learning preferred
