Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers on quantum algorithm design
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Drive quantum hardware-software integration for enterprise solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum physics journals
- Shape industry standards through IEEE quantum computing committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top quantum computing conferences
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum platforms
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
