Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems targeting 2026 scalability benchmarks
- Design error-corrected qubit networks and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and pharma
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubits and quantum machine learning
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or supercomputing design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into commercial applications
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
