- Secure and manage $5M+ annual research grants from federal and private entities
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at global tech summits
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum-AI methodologies
- Drive commercialization of theoretical breakthroughs through industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (top 10 university)
- 5+ years leading quantum-AI research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with large-scale HPC clusters and quantum annealing platforms
