Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, engineering, product) through complex technical challenges
- Drive innovation in emerging fields: quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Stakeholder management with C-suite and external partners
- Ensure agile delivery with 6-week sprint cycles and continuous integration
- Mentor senior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership, with 5+ in AI/ML project delivery
- Proven track record scaling high-impact teams (>15 members)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in neural networks or quantum algorithms preferred
- Certified PMP or equivalent agile certification
- Experience with venture-backed startup environments
- PhD in Computer Science or related field required
