Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ product ecosystems using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Develop patent portfolios and competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging markets
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed scenario modeling
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Drive open innovation initiatives through university partnerships and startup collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, AR/VR, decentralized systems
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic certification
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global organizations
