- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to commercialization
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and rapid prototyping
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile methodologies preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
