Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 100 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling R&D budgets >$3M
- PhD or MBA from MIT/Stanford/INSEAD preferred
- Published white papers on 4IR technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or German
