- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching tech products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Prior experience in enterprise tech or Fortune 500 environment
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
