Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Design strategic frameworks for adoption of next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state possibilities
- Create executive-ready scenario analyses and strategic recommendations
- Manage innovation portfolio prioritization and resource allocation for 2026 initiatives
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Demonstrated success in translating future concepts into executable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with C-suite stakeholders and board audiences
