Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Champion human-centered design principles in all development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining tech products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused initiatives or trend reports
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CPSM, CIIM) preferred
