- Design human-centric frameworks for ethical AI adoption and digital sovereignty
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring 50+ global thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technological disruptions (Harvard/MIT/Stanford)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Track record of implementing future-proof strategies in Fortune 100 companies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic foresight projects
