Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for disruptive market entrants
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for sustainable growth
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for $10M+ initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Blue Ocean Strategy)
