Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing, AGI, and climate-tech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in decentralized systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for measuring paradigm-shifting impact
- Manage cross-functional teams executing 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia hubs)
