- Design strategic frameworks for next-gen product ecosystems

- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ global teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Develop patent portfolios and IP monetization strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching $100M+ innovation programs
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP valuation
