- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI tracking
- Document intellectual property and patent opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or tech leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and venture capital exposure
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- PMP or similar innovation certification preferred
- Fluency in agile and lean methodologies
