- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across all levels
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M with measurable outcomes
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
