Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify 2026-2030 technology convergence points
- Develop speculative frameworks for societal adaptation to quantum-integrated ecosystems
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary R&D sprints with nanotech, neurotech, and climate engineering teams
- Prototype neuro-quantum interfaces for human-AI symbiosis testing
- Architect ethical governance models for autonomous bio-digital systems
- Present future roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough neuro-quantum computing architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Biology, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology
- 5+ years in emerging technology strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum-neural interfaces or climate adaptation tech
- Proficiency in speculative scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulations
- Experience leading agile R&D teams with 15+ members
- Deep understanding of UN SDG 2030 alignment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech solutions
- Certification in Neuro-Quantum Interface Engineering (NQIE)
