- Mentor a team of 12+ research scientists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 100 tech companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 patented innovations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
