Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026 tech disruptions across AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Develop innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Facilitate rapid prototyping sprints with engineering teams
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with quarterly reviews
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record launching tech products with exponential growth
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate AI
- Strong financial modeling for early-stage ventures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Sprint, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ market-disrupting innovations
