Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years of strategic innovation experience

- Proven track record of launching commercialized breakthrough technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in futures methodologies: scenario planning, Delphi analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing architectures
