Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across global markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech innovation or corporate strategy
- Proven track record in launching technologies with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025-2030 horizons
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
