- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof system design
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through visionary pitching to C-suite executives
- Pioneer patent applications for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ in quantum/AI leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough portfolio
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling tech from prototype to enterprise adoption
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Speaker credentials at Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt, or equivalent forums
