Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patentable solutions for 2026 market challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with 10-year corporate vision
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces) in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Present annual innovation forecasts to Stanford/MIT research consortiums
- Mentor 15-person R&D team in agile methodologies and future-proof skill development
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products post-2020
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Future Systems Design
- Expertise in forecasting 5-10 year tech adoption curves (Gartner/Hype Cycle certified)
- Portfolio of 10+ patents in sustainable tech or human-machine interfaces
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals on 2030 tech trends
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
