- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present futuristic visions to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 10+ researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership on Web3, metaverse, or transhumanism
- Proven track record scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized futuristic products or services
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
