- Architect cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast industry shifts post-2025
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Lead innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic vision to board members and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation across 3-5 core initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformational projects ($10M+ budget)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future planning experience
- Exceptional cross-cultural leadership with global team management
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
