- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Architect strategic frameworks for implementing AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future concepts
- Analyze socio-economic shifts and behavioral patterns to inform product development strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation through pilot implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong background in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation projects
