Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for quantum-adjacent technologies

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive sustainability integration in all technological roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and funding strategies
