- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into corporate strategy and KPIs
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech convergence trends
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and portfolio management
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
