Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or related field with 5+ years strategic planning experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech ethics (2020-2024)
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems at FAANG companies
- Certification in ISO 21400 Technology Assessment
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights frameworks
- Experience with quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech commercialization successes
