Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-adjacent technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry veterans
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial applications
- Represent QuantumLeap at global tech summits and patent symposiums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Quantum Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized quantum/AI technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional patent portfolio with 15+ granted patents
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and venture capital funding
